Michael was our salesperson. He was very welcoming and not pushy. He allowed us to take our time to decide. He made the shopping experience comfortable and we purchased a beautiful bedroom set. The store is so beautiful and I highly recommend shopping here.
Bought a nice looking love seat and sofa set here at a great price. Managers Special. 6 months later. Several tears began to appear in both the pillows and sides of cushions for no reason other than sitting and laying. Just garbage. And the no refunds or warranty make it that much more convenient. Very unhappy... I tried calling calling 4x to speak to Lana and was told all four times she was gonna call back and she never did. I even sent her pictures through email.. Then finally the last time I called, the manger Graig, got very rude and hung up on me.. Just the worst customer experience of my life.
Anthony was a great help and not a pushy salesman. He answered all of or questions and was diligent to look up if he didn't know. We got the couch we were looking for and for the right price. I would definitely shop there again!
Everything was fine until the salesman decided to make offensive jokes. Everything else was fine and everyone else was friendly. But there's always someone. Good prices.
Incompetence at its finest. Found a mattress online and bought it through a customer service rep on the telephone. She told me that Raymour ships to their showrooms within 24 hours. I called the showroom the next afternoon to give them a bit of time. I was informed by Margret "Maggie" that they do not receive shipments during the weekend. She then told me that she would call me back. 5 minutes later, she called me back to tell me that she made arrangements and I can pick it up at noon the following day. So, I call them again the following day to see if it was there yet. Of course, it's not. The warehouse doesn't even have the mattress in question. She then said that I can go to the showroom to get an immediate refund or I can do it over the phone and wait a couple of days for the refund to go through. Sounds like they wanted me to waste more time and try to sell me something I don't want. Never again
