Our sales associate Jill is amazing. We are moving and need to purchase new furniture for our new place. We had an awesome experience. Jill made our shopping extremely fast and easy. She is extremely knowledgeable. Jill made our visit pleasurable.
My sales person Denise Davis is by far the best in the business. On top of her game, very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Not pushy at all, easy to work with. High suggest asking for Denise on any new purchases. I will be using her future purchase. Thank you Denise you are amazing!
I needed new a new picture for a wall in my house. I remembered that Bob's carried wall art. I decide to check it out. I grab my sister and go. We are greeted by "Jill" upon entering the store and I tell her what I'm looking for. She says to me, "everything is ON sale" I responded, "wow really, everything is ON sale?" Jill says, "YES". We look around and I see two pictures I really like. I tell Jill, she gets them taken down so my sister and I can get an up close view. I decide to purchase both pictures. The pictures are clearly marked with prices. When I ask Jill what is the SALE price she tells me they are priced as marked. I say to her she told me everything was ON sale. She now says that everything is FOR sale. I point out that is not what she said, which is why before starting to look around I questioned and repeated back HER WORDS how everything was ON sale. From there her disposition went south. Talk about deceptive sale practices. This chick was blatant! After being questioned of her switching up words on me,she became the most inhospitable sales person I've ever encountered. Jill needs to be fired!!!!
I wish I could give zero stars!! If you're looking for good quality furniture save your time and do not go there! Although things may look nice on the showroom floor, the quality is absolutely cheap and cheesy! Sure, prices are low.... you get what you pay for!
Customer service also stinks. If you call the store they transfer you to a different location where you're put on hold for what seems like forever. Most importantly, keep in mind that you cannot get your money back if you're not happy with the furniture....... you're stuck with it! They might replace or exchange pieces, but when you realize that the furniture is a piece of junk, you're stuck with it! Beware!! Pay more somewhere else but get good quality furniture with good customer service!!
Bobs was great so far. The sales person did try to up sell us but not in an extremely pushy way. Just in a "but have you tried this" way. When we tried everything they may fit pur needs but still loved what we originally pick she was nice and efficient during our check out. Delivery came 23 minutes earlier than said they would but were very gracious in waiting the 7 minutes it took for me to get home. They quickly assembled and left all while still be sweet to my 4 year old who was very curious!
