Staff was very attentive. Mr. Cruz Mendez was in particular professional but most comfortable to us. Never rushed or tried to sway our preferences. Would highly recommend Mr. Mendez as well as Ashley Furniture stores.
Went to a bunch of different stores in search of new furniture for an entire family room. Had a great experience with all of the Ashley Staff - especially with Product Specialist Andrew Forester.
Ashley sells cheap furniture that they do not stand behind. Their couches are made from flake board and the spring cushions are absolutely horrible. I have two matching couches and the cushions are shot. The cost of replacement cushions without the covers are as much as one whole couch. Their stuff looks great at first but just don't use it or it will fail. Do not waste your money or time with Ashley. Instead pay a bit more and get something made to last. The warranty is a joke as well and what ever you do, DO NOT FINANCE ANYTHING. I paid cash for the couches and financed the warranty and taxes. Within a week of receiving the couches, someone called me because I failed to make a payment. They would only take checking account info for payment. Fat chance I said. I paid off balance in the first month.
First I have to give a shout to Chris. He was great and helped us order our couch quick and easy. The following is not his fault. We ordered a couch in a specific color because I have pets and the darker colors are a nightmare. Upon delivery on Thursday, the couch was the correct color but broken so they had to redeliver on Saturday which was a huge inconvenience since I had to work. My father had to come and sign for it. So obviously he did not know what I ordered. They sent the wrong color couch after reassuring me that the couch was double checked before being put on the truck the day before! It’s a dark olive green (ugh). I called and “all of their representatives were currently assisting other callers” so after waiting on hold for a while I was prompted to leave a message. They have not even bothered to return my phone call. Not a happy customer and will not return to this company to buy anything else!
Went looking for an electric fireplace and Dale was very helpful. He even walked throughout the store with me showing all fireplaces they sell. As a salesman he was very professional. I highly recommend shopping at Ashley’s furniture and I will do more business with them.
In addition to his complete knowledge of their collections, Andrew is a man of great understanding and patience. He spent many hours over two days making sure that we selected the products that best fit our needs and taste. He did all that while balancing a big customer load on a busy holiday weekend. From carrying pillows and drawers across the store, relocating pieces to ensure a match, and looking online for additional options, he went above and beyond. In addition to being professional, he has a great personality and sense of humor!
