Been going to this PP location for years..I get all my women's health services here, including breast exams, annual pap smears, birth control, and more. The only reason I took away a star is that the new phone system makes it very difficult to get a live person. Other than that, couldn't be happier with the services they provide.

Rude staff, horrible wait time when NO ONE WAS THERE. I even got laughed at when I tried to get an update on my results for my regular exam. They claimed they will call me with results yet I had to call them 3 days after they had been sittinf on my results. Rude staff that gave me a horrible attitude. Would not recommend, doesn't represent what Planned Parenthood stands for at all. Go to ANY other planned parenthood. This was the 2nd time I've been treated horribly.
This place is awful, staff are rude and impatient with you. Even if appointment is made you are still required to wait 4 hours with an appointment. I don’t recommend this place unless it’s a desire need! I came in at 7:30am first patient to be in the building and there comes a second patient she was taken care of before me. I’ve never been so disappointed with a clinic, and I never thought I’d say this but the Planned Parenthood in Kingston is a lot more pleasing and I very much appreciate the staff there very welcoming very pleasant and very professional unlike this Poughkeepsie clinic. NOT RECOMMENDED!!
I experienced very friendly staff and redouble fast service. I was there for about an hour for a pretty routine visit. Definitely would recommend.
