Change the receptionist she is your weakest link. 4 star to one because she's the face of the hospital that answers everyone and she's rude and impolite. If she doesn't want to give hospitality than find another job I say. Head of department read should read this.
Was there 7/19/17 for a wound on my forearm. I Only waited a few minutes and was seen by a PA in fast track I believe it was called almost immediately. Very impressed by the treatment I received by every employee i encountered.
Went to the ER here after a climbing accident. Excellent staff. Excellent care. Fast, courteous, professional.
You can always find good people in a hospital, having said that patient attentiveness is lacking and the bureaucratic process is deeply flawed. Patience is required from the patients to an extensive degree which I personally find too taxing on those already enduring the calamities causing them to be at the hospital in the first place.
On the upside, some bedrooms have heated floors.
Awful hospital, extremely dirty. Useless and rude nurses who did nothing. Other patient in room was screaming and they would not move me into another room. Screamed for hours upon hours. She hit the call button, nurse never showed up. So I dealt with beeping and the woman screaming in pain all night. Fat nurse was extremely rude to the point where I wanted to slap her. Never stepping foot in this awful place again. Side note I got trapped in the elevator because nothing works in that awful place.
