They have no compassion. Not all patients on that floor are "crazy". . I was treated with NO dignity, had to watch people being stalked, and nothing be done about it.
The worst. Every concern i had was pass on for five days. Supervisor refuse to speak to me or hear my concerns. Never will i return.

5th floor attendants, and social workers suck.
Will never return. Also they're too good for my insurance. I sat in triage for 45 minutes with chest pain. No one even checked me in. Also, the waiting room was practically empty. I left. If you value your life, beware of this PLACE.
After spending 2 hours of pain waiting in Vassar Hospital ER we came to Mid-Hudson Regional and in about 2 mins of being there I was taken to a room. 5 minutes of being in the room the doctor came examined me and gave me the necessary treatments to cure my swollen lip. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with my prescriptions ready to be picked up at my pharmacy the next day. One of the best cares I have ever received.
Showers were COLD, had to wait in line for food,like a dog, even tho attendants were around eating their own food. Therefore, our meals were COLD.
Horrible, I went in with lower abdominal pain, and the triage lady, ( not stating any names) kept me waiting for almost an hour while no one else was in the waiting room, then 2 guys and a girl come in, register aND sit down. She comes out of the office and saysee my name and goes I'll be right with you, and takes them. I'm watching as they are all laughing and joking, finally when I get called in she goes " her brother is a sheriff, you can understand why I took her first" I said if he was in danger yes, but not her, she was laughing and joking, I've been sitting here in pain" her response " oh well"
..THEN I call after release, and get a "YO",,, meet me in the lobby.
