Horrible service, wait in a line for 30 minutes after driving for over an hour to get to this place; for them to tell me there was no cash for my trade in? Like really!? Your store website says we buy for cash. Told me they could get give me pay pal..... what a joke this place is, poorly staffed and manager was very rude. So if you have to trade in a game don't come to this store because they don't have cash for you. Lol
Went in two weeks ago to trade in my iPhone 6. With the exception of nicks and scratches on the exterior due to a few drops over the years (I had it for 3 years), its fully operational. After taking 20 minutes of tests, I'm told they cannot take it due to the speaker being blown out. So last week I get the speaker replaced and bring it back. Second time around I first had a new employee running me through everything. After another 20 minutes of tests, the same guy from the previous week comes out and says the speaker is still blown despite the fact I just had the part replaced. He then compares the volume output of the iPhone 6 to his 7 Plus. So I pointed out that of course it's different, you comparing it to a larger and new phone. When I asked him to compare it to another iPhone 6 , they said they didn't have one in the shop. I was then given a quote of $1.50 for my Otterbox case that I had bought for $40 this passing January. Very obvious I was being given the run around and in reality, it wasn't that they couldn't take my phone, it was that they wouldn't. But they can't come out and say that since they advertise as willing to take all devices. Shame for them really, since I was willing to buy an iWatch. But now I'm willing to pay a little extra to just go to Best Buy.
It's dirty and smells, the staff has no idea what they are doing. They make you wait online forever, poor service
I am in love with this place. You will never find a store with it's prices. Ever. And, they have classic video games that go with such consoles as the original Xbox and the PlayStation 2. You have to check it out at least once.
This is a great place to shop and get items at a GREAT price.
