Shame on Best Buy and the manager for allowing people to stand in a long cold line for an item that they were out of! I’m done with Poughkeepsie Best Buy. Customer service doesn’t exist.
My experience at Best Buy - Taking Public and spreading the word - BUYER BEWARE
This is the most ridiculous and unprofessional experience I have ever experienced.
I came here specifically for a case for my phone. 10/28/17. Of course the one I want is not there on the shelf. I asked this short blond haired young lady if they had any more in the back and she snotily said "all we have are right here" pointing to the display. I looked around 3 more displays and asked another young lady the same question. She at first gave me the same answer but then immediately said "let me check some other stores for you". She then found out that the sku was marked improperly and went searching in the back for it. When she came back she looked under one of the display drawers and lo and behold the right case. But all they have are allegedly out already. Shout out to Erika for making it happen and taking the extra steps to help out. You made Best Buy Poughkeepsie shine tonight. Awesome employee.
Nice store! Bought a Samsung Tab S3 and some accessories. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable.

If I could divide the stars I will give 5 to the appliance’s sellers in Best Buy Theo and Lexi they are great people. But this one star is for the AWFUL service in the delivery and the Geek Squad. The WORST experience ever. A bunch of liars. DO TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAID ABOUT ANYTHING. I don’t have words to describe how BAD their service was. The best option was to return the washer and dryer I bought at Best Buy. And they should change the name from Best Buy to UNFORTUNATELY !! Unfortunately was the word I heard from each one, saying unfortunately I can’t help you, unfortunately I can’t to anything for you, unfortunately there are not more options. REALLY? A company like this big and have delivered service running late and being disrespectful and a group like Geek Squad that cannot solve anything. I pay extra money for their services and every agent I talked to said something diferente every time. One of them where the worst calling me telling me he called and talked to the Best Buy seller when he never did it. Note: DO NO TRUST ANYTHING THE DELIVERY SERVICE OR GEEK SQUAD SAID TO YOU! Record every name, date and everything they said to you.
