The mall is well maintained.
Parking lot is crappy, it's nonsensical and disorienting and always has been... cars jump out every which way bc there isn't really any kind of traffic control. Winter makes it even more fun. Flagship stores are not great, esp Price chopper... the management there has pretty much killed their customer loyalty/base. TJMaxx is good but starting to seem sloppy. Overall - meh.

The place I was at is Price Chopper and I do 90% of my shopping there. I feel it's the best of the selections we have here. The only thing I don't like is the meat prices. Too expensive.
