WORST management of a Giacomos ever. He literally hung up on me when I called him to tell him that twice the pizza they delivered was cold (lukewarm). When I placed the order I explained that our last pizza was cold, and he assured me that the driver would bring the pizza to us first. After a 50 minute wait, I called him and he apologized that the driver went somewhere else first. OK, so I call him back to tell him it was cold and he says "well, what do you want me to do about it?" and hung up. I have been buying pizza with this Giacomos for years, but I think the management has changed-terrible-pizza was reheated, and was terrible.

Pizza is always fresh and the toppings you ask for is on point. Great service when you eat in. Or if you order out you get what you ask for. The people who work there are kind and experienced.

Must have gotten a new cook because the pizza stinks and the subs have no taste. I'll check in a few months later and give it a try.
