I have used the services and counsel of Michael & his firm for a long period of time and have had effective service for each issue I have had involving current child custody legal issues and my divorce stemming from several years ago. I was perplexed about the negative comments coming from some as I have personally had the opposite experience. I met with 3 attorneys in Ulster County prior to meeting with Michael regarding my Family Court case. There was a thousand dollar difference so being a single mother of a 2 year old this was huge however, I immediately knew Michael was who I needed to hire after speaking with him. It’s not everyday you connect with someone let alone it be your attorney under such a heartfelt time pertaining to your child. This was also my first time ever needing an attorney so meeting with him personally put the situation as ease hearing of his experiences. Mike listened and didn’t discourage me once. Throughout my legal process, he clearly made it known that as my attorney, he worked for me and had no business to tell me what to think. He genuinely followed through on everything he said he would plus added to my benefit! There was not one time I was intimidated by the other attorney or even the Judge while having him represent me because of his knowledge of law and expertise. He’s direct and truly fights for you regardless of what or who you’re up against. I was told by the other attorneys I met with that I was unrealistic and I wouldn’t have a chance because Family Court is about what’s best for the child and fair for both parents . Well after 7 months, chance wasn’t needed because I had the opportunity to happily walk out of court with Mr.Varble and what was right, not fair! I highly recommend Michael Varble & Associates and couldn't be happier with my outcome and for choosing Mike!
