Decent gym with mostly friendly staff. They do create a good environment to work out in and are usually helpful when you ask for something specific.
I must say the gym itself is quite okay the equipements are always working and usually clean. Some of the staff are quite unfriendly and seem not to care. I have noticed this for a while coming here. They seem disconnected and have a no care attitude. I keep coming back not because I am happy but because it's the closest one to me. Management should really keep customer service training.
Not complicated. You can schedule a time for trainers to show you how to use equipment. Showers if needed. Lockers but need to bring own lock. Only for use while there. Very clean. I have full membership so I can use aqua massage table due to lumbar issues. I have no pain afterwards. I am only uncomfortable with weight section of gym.
I have to say, there really isn't a better deal out there that offers unlimited tanning and use of equipment, it's also a place where you can shower, sit and enjoy a beverage, or simply sit in the message chair! I had been a customer since like 2009 and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to terminate my membership. Eventually I will sign up again. It's definitely worth it.
I Really Love Planet Fitness . When They Say Judgment Free Zone, They Mean It . I'm Not Big In To The Whole Exercise Thing, But Since I Started With Planet Fitness, I'm Really Getting The Hang Of It And Feeling Great Doing It .
