.... She literally was rude and dumb and the Manger was a young child who had no idea on what she was doing
It is a little short staffed during weekday afternoon hours, but the staff that is available has typically gone beyond the call of duty to earn my repeat business. A store directory at the entrances and/or escalators would make navigating the store a little easier.
The store is a mess! Rude staff. I went to return something that I had bought a week ago. I didn't have my receipt the cashier then tells me my shirt was two years old......... I was excuse me I just bought it last week..... It's still on the rack here
Main number for store goes to voicemail. Tried for two days
Long line and no would would help. 3 employees nearby and a manager, and no one could ring register. Finally someone came along to help, but seemed to have to wait for permission before ringing customers out. The manager was very unhelpful. Wanted customers to walk around the store to get 1 position ahead in line.
Called store phone number. Tried to reach furniture dept to check on a special order placed eight weeks ago. No one answers in department .
