Absolutely horrible.
Bad first impression...Dirt left in splotches on the outside, very streaky windows & it didn't look like they vacuumed at all...lifted the tailgate to see that the back hadn't been touched at all either...$14. for the "wash" & $6. tip...I felt like ripping the tip right out of their hands...It's not like my 9 month old car was all that dirty to begin with...Now I need to have it detailed somewhere else.... get your act together. I won't be back.
I got the free car wash that comes with an oil change, good service, my car came out clean, but the brushes were a little rough on my car.

Not happy... I got the upgraded package...quickest once over job, left dust all over rear of car, console and inside of doors untouched. Console full of crumbs and spilled coffee. When I tried to ask questions about what my package actually included no one there could understand me or answer my question. I'll go somewhere else now.
