SHADY BUSINESS. DO NOT REQUEST ANY SERVICE FROM HERE. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN IN COURT SO MANY TIMES AND EVEN THE BUILDING THEY WORK OUT OF SHOULD BE CONDEMNED. THEY CHANGE THE PRICES FOR TOWS WHEN THEY WANT, WHICH IS ILLEGAL. THEIR DISGUSTING EMPLOYEES HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THEN WAIT IN PARKING LOTS JUST TO TOW YOUR CAR. THEY MAKE SURE THE TOW SIGNS AREN'T VISIBLE SO THEY CAN TOW YOU. THEY CHARGE EVEN IF THEY HAVEN'T HOOKED YOUR CAR. EVEN IF YOU SEE THEM AND ARGUE THE TRUTH WITH THEM THAT YOU PARKED IN THE LEGAL SPOT AS STATED ON THE TOW SIGN, THEY QUICKLY CHAIN YOUR CAR SO YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM TO GET IT OFF. EXTREMELY SHADY AND ILLEGAL BUSINESS. RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. I HAD TO GIVE A STAR BUT IT SHOULD BE NO STARS.
This guy is the worst. He had my car for two months. Had to make a complaint to motor vehicles. After doing research on him after the fact I come to find that he has more judgements and complaints on him. He has a horrible attitude. I called and called to find out the status and finally after two months the car was done. Horrible job. Horrible place horrible people. The place looks like a junk yard and he has homeless people living in the cars.

My son's car was towed there after a collision one morning. I arranged for a local auto body shop to pick up the car. He was very angry that someone was picking up car before the insurance company had a chance to estimate the damage. He then insisted that the towing charge (from Rt 9 North and Main St in Poughkeepsie) and one day of storage was $1000.00 and payment was expected to be in cash. A blizzard hit the area and he happened to close for two days. By the time the car was picked up (3 days later) his bill inflated to $1600.00.
People here will rip you off!
I strongly suggest that the local law enforcement to remove him from the approved tow lists!
